All purchases on this website, BrightVivo.com.sg are subject to terms and conditions of BrightVivo Singapore Pte Ltd (BrightVivo Singapore).
1. Refunds & Replacements
BrightVivo Singapore stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping every customer expectation is met for a delightful buying experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the product you purchased, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund, within 15 days of purchase.
All returns for refund must be authorized by BrightVivo Singapore within 15 days of delivery with a valid RMA Number. A return label will be emailed to you for returning the item.
No fee will be charged for replacement of defective product or incorrect order delivery. However, an administrative fee of $10 will be charged for restocking fee for returning an item due to change of mind or request for refund, other than manufacturing defects with the defective product or incorrect order delivery based on order received.
Refund to you for any returned items will be in the same method you paid for the items, after deducting the administrative fee of $10, if applicable.
Returns for Replacement
We are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective or if you received an incorrect order. All returns for replacement must be authorized by BrightVivo Singapore within 15 days of purchase with a valid RMA Number. We will provide a return shipping label within 15 days of delivery.
After the 15 day period, no refund or replacement will be allowed or accepted. Defective product will be handled as per warranty service if within the warranty period.
RMA Numbers
Each order being returned must have a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Only one RMA number will be issued per order, if two or more products being returned are on different orders, each order needs a separate RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
RMA numbers may also be obtained by contacting support@BrightVivo.com.sg within the return period for products. The RMA number will be valid for 15 days after issue.
Return Packaging
Any item for return to BrightVivo Singapore must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (Cords, chargers, manuals, etc.). The product must be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging.
In the return package, include the original product, along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
On the outside of the package, secure the return label, verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package.
2. Shipping Policy
Shipping Carrier
BrightVivo Singapore works with local delivery partners to ship within Singapore. Current main delivery partner is J&T Express for our deliveries.
Processing Orders & Shipping
All orders are typically processed by the next business day after order is placed. Delivery time is usually within 2 to 4 business days after day of order.
However, during sales seasons when high volume of orders is expected, delays in our processing and shipping are inevitable. During this time, it may take an additional 1-2 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Area
All shipping and free shipping are offered for the standard local addresses within Singapore and does not cover restricted places or southern islands.
Undeliverable Packages
Per industry standard, our carriers make two attempts to deliver a package. After the second delivery attempts, the package will be returned to BrightVivo warehouse. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at support@BrightVivo.com.sg to make arrangements for reshipment.
Cancelled Orders
All effort are made to process orders as quickly as possible. In the event if you would like to cancel your order, please notify us before 8am the next day after order was placed. Kindly include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.
Accuracy of information and Indemnification
BrightVivo Singapore will endeavour to ensure the proper use, efficient operation and accuracy of the contents on this site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrightVivo Singapore Pte Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including legal fees, resulting directly or indirectly from or arising out of your use and purchase, or any content made available on this site, or your failure to comply with duly authorised and accurate information to service and support you.
4 Governing law, Mediation and Arbitration
This Term and Conditions and its interpretation thereof shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions herein, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, such dispute shall first be submitted to the Singapore Mediation Centre (“SMC”) for mediation in accordance with the procedures set out by the SMC. In the event that such dispute cannot be resolved or settled through mediation as set out above, the dispute shall thereafter be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”). The arbitration tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Chairman of the SIAC. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
BrightVivo Singapore
