Ingredients
1½ pounds boneless top sirloin, cut into ⅛-inch-thick strips
1½ cups bell peppers, thinly sliced
½ yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 slices provolone cheese
4 French-style hoagie rolls, halved and toasted
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Kosher salt, to taste

Directions
STEP 1
Place the cut sirloin, bell peppers, onions, and olive oil in a medium bowl, season to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, and toss to combine.
STEP 2
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Smart Air Fryer basket, then place the sirloin and pepper mixture onto the crisper plate.
STEP 3
Select the Roast function, adjust temperature to 395°F, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 4
Spread the 4 slices of provolone cheese over the cooked sirloin and peppers.
STEP 5
Select the Broil function, adjust time to 5 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 6
Remove the cheesesteak filling when done.
STEP 7
Build the sliders on the hoagie rolls and serve warm.
