3 russet potatoes, cut into 1-inch-thick wedges
1 tablespoon neutral-flavored oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons kosher salt, plus more as needed
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon neutral oil
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Toss the cut potato wedges with the neutral oil, sesame oil, and salt in a medium bowl until evenly coated.
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Smart Air Fryer basket, then place the potato wedges onto the crisper plate.
Select the Fries function and press Start/Pause.
Combine all of the garlic-scallion oil ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and cook for 3—4 minutes or until simmering, then remove from heat.
Pour the garlic scallion oil over the potato wedges.
Select the Broil function, adjust time to 3 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
Remove when done, season with kosher salt to taste, and serve warm.
